Choc.oh. vegan. licious Mousse

Its thick and rich, creamy and smooth and good for you… like really good for you, I guarantee you wont feel guilty eating it. Win win, I know. Apart from  these nut crackers (which make me palpitate) this Choc oh licious mousse is actually life changing, and very versatile.

Avocados are one of the healthiest fats you can add into your diet. In conjunction with daily exercise and a healthy diet, they may lower LDL cholesterol in the blood and  balance blood sugar levels. They also contain TWICE the amount of potassium than bananas so if you don’t like your b-a-n-a-n-a-s , then avocados (and Gwen Stafani) are here for you.

Cacao on the other hand is naturally high in antioxidants and flavonoids (a type of antioxidant that prevents against free radicals – body bullies who create trouble) which have been shown to have positive effects on cardiovascular health, lowering cholesterol, stabilizing blood pressure and promoting general wellbeing, including preventing against a long life of wrinkles. Cacao is the highest whole food source of magnesium, which also happens to be the most deficient mineral in the diet of modern cultures. Magnesium relaxes muscles, improves bowel movements, neutralizes toxins and fights acid buildup! SO if you’re a little stiff in the exit department (if you know what i mean) or struggle with muscle pain after workouts, its time for some chocolate mousse……..
